About these terms
Last updated: 10 September 2026. DepKeeper is operated by İsmail Akar, reachable at support@godiak.com. These terms describe use of this website, its resources and the current Android preview. The app has not yet been published in app stores.
A tool for recording what you observe
DepKeeper helps you organise property photos, condition notes and PDF reports. Review the dates, addresses, descriptions and recipients before using or sharing a report. Keep your original records and make a separate copy of documents you need.
The limits of a report
A report records information entered by its user. It is not a professional property inspection, legal opinion, verified timestamp or decision about responsibility for damage. DepKeeper does not guarantee that a report will be accepted by another person or authority, or that a deposit will be returned.
Respect other people and their information
Only photograph spaces and add information you are entitled to record. Take care with people, identity documents and private possessions visible in photos. Share reports only with intended recipients. Do not use DepKeeper to create misleading records or interfere with someone else’s rights.
Your content and copies
Your reports and photos remain your content. Using the local app does not upload them to us or give us permission to publish them. You are responsible for checking exported copies and keeping documents you need. The current build has no cloud recovery service; uninstalling or clearing app storage removes local app data.
Website guides and checklists
You may download and print the free checklists for your own move or share an unchanged copy with your community, retaining the DepKeeper attribution. The guides offer practical documentation steps. They do not determine rental rights, contractual obligations or local legal deadlines. Contact us if you notice a factual or translation issue.
Availability and your rights
Features may change as the app develops, and availability can depend on your device and services you choose to use. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law gives you and does not allow us to exclude. For product issues or questions about these terms, use the contact email below.
