Your professional profile
Add your company and preparer details to your profile. Fill in these optional fields as needed.
Your properties and reports in one place.
Keep each property's reports together. Create your profile, add your properties and start a home rental or short-stay report for each handover. Your personal reports stay separate.
Agent Mode's profile, property list and reporting tools are ready in the Android build. The app has not yet been published in stores.
AGENT MODE
Three steps to organize your work.
Your properties together
Add properties by name and include an address if useful. Find each property's home rental and short-stay reports on its own page.
A separate report for every handover
Photograph rooms, mark visible damage and use the existing PDF or photo-sharing tools. A previous handover's photos and checklist results do not replace those for the new handover.
ANDROID PREVIEW
From template to handover report.
The Android 0.4.4 Turkish preview also includes templates, key and meter fields, company-branded PDFs and optional on-screen signatures. Review of the new screens in other languages is pending. Store publication is pending.
Ready-made property templates
Editable room and inspection headings for empty homes, furnished homes and short stays.
Key list
Check key, access card and remote counts separately at every handover.
Meter details
Keep the meter identifier, reading, unit and photo together for electricity, water and gas.
On-screen signature
An optional signature linked to the reviewed report version. It will not be offered as a qualified electronic signature service.
Reusable home template
Reuse the room structure while keeping the previous tenant’s photos, signatures and check results separate from the new handover.
Your company logo
Identify the preparer using a company name and logo you are authorised to use.
Professional PDF
An organised handover report with a cover, photo index, key details and meter sections.
Time savings and fewer misunderstandings are goals to evaluate in a pilot. No measured results or completion-time guarantee are claimed yet.
